We first meet with you to Better understand . . .

Then we organize it for action,
Then we implement it.

We start working with families by first totally understanding their needs and dreams. This process includes an assessment of needs, evaluation of the existing condition, definition of goals, prioritization of needs, and the development of a critical path to follow towards the completion and maintenance of the life care plan. This first step is the very foundation of our work with families. Our work is done on a fee basis, and may be done on an hourly or annual flat fee basis.
Our Work In The Community:
Provide educational presentations to public and private groups to increase the awareness of the important issues to be considered when formulating a llfe care plan. These presentations are purely educational in nature and relate to the process and issues encountered during the various life stages of the family member with special needs. These presentations can be as short as fifteen minutes or as long as two hours, dependent on the time available and the needs of the audience. These are provided at no cost to organizations.
