Special Solutions was founded by John James to assist families with special needs family members as they seek to provide for the future. As a Licensed Advocate for Protected Tomorrows®, John is uniquely prepared to guide families in developing a life plan for the family member.

Protected Tomorrows® Advocates are carefully selected for their financial expertise and personal connections to the special needs community. John has special need family members, and he has lived with the consequences when adequate planning was not done. When his sister and brother-in-law passed away, their son, who is mentally challenged, was left to face life without the benefit of planning or provision. John and his wife, Marge, also experienced the challenges presented by an adopted son with psychological and mental issues

John has completed the training and has obtained the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst or CDFA™ designation. Special Solutions is now able to provide input and advice to families with special need family members who are in the process of divorce.
